This is a full-time position based in Perth on a 12-month fixed-term basis.

About the Role
As our Content & Automation Marketing Consultant, you'll play a key role in creating engaging content and personalised member communication journeys within HBF's Wellness & Rewards Program. Working closely with marketing, health and wellness, and experience teams, you'll design, build and optimise content and automated campaigns that drive engagement, support wellbeing outcomes and enhance the member experience. You'll combine creativity with data-driven decision-making to deliver meaningful communications that make a real impact.

In this role, you will:

• Create and deliver high-quality content including articles, blogs, quizzes, challenges and marketing communications for HBF's Wellness & Rewards Program.
• Design, build and deploy personalised member communication journeys across email, in-app and digital channels.
• Develop messaging frameworks and lifecycle communications that support member engagement, wellbeing and retention.
• Monitor campaign and content performance, using insights and data to continually optimise results.
• Maintain content calendars, journey documentation and governance processes to support efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure communications align with brand standards, member needs and business objectives.

About You
You're a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys bringing content and customer journeys to life. You have a strong understanding of digital communications and marketing automation, and you're comfortable balancing hands-on delivery with analysis and continuous improvement. Most importantly, you're passionate about creating engaging experiences that connect with customers and drive meaningful outcomes.

Ideally, we’re looking for:

• Experience in content writing, marketing automation, digital marketing or a related field.
• Strong ability to create engaging written and visual communications with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Experience building and executing campaigns using email marketing or customer engagement platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, CleverTap or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse data and insights and translate them into effective communication strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of customer communications, brand governance, compliance requirements and member experience principles.
